A local culture project is one that is supported by culture and arts organizations and artists with the goal of revitalizing local arts and expanding opportunities for people to enjoy them through active engagement within local communities. Through integrating "region" and "culture", we are advancing the cultural life of the area by focusing on street art, festivals, and exhibits that everyone can easily access and enjoy.
