- You can use it after ID verification upon check-in.
- Prepare ID - Unverified people and minors (under 19 years of age) are not allowed to enter. (Unless accompanied by parents or legal guardians)
- Guidelines for the use of facilities

- When making a reservation, please comply with the limitations on the number of guests per room.
- Due to the fire risks of wooden structures, fire hazards such as butane gas, candles, and other dangerous substances are strictly prohibited.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all the facilities of the Gimpo Art Village.
- Pets are barred from entering. (Except for trained support dogs)
- In the event of loss of equipment or damage to facilities in the room, the actual cost will be charged.
- Kindly refrain from behaviors that are offensive to others, such as excessive drinking and singing.
- Prior to check-out, kindly tidy the room and segregate and dispose of the trash in the designated area.

- Reservation information is available from Tuesday to Saturday (9:00am-6:00pm).
- Internet reservations only. Phone reservations and on-site reservations are not accepted.
- Rate calculation standard: Weekdays (Sunday-Thursday, closed on Mondays), Weekends (Friday-Saturday, and a day before public holidays)
- Cancellation and Penalties

- The following regulations regarding cancellation of reservations and penalties must be followed.
- Please be cautious while making a reservation because the cancellation fees depend on the scheduled dates of use.
- Before submitting a cancellation request, please be sure you review the refund eligibility
